Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.
It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Supervision
Teacher supervision at Gilgandra Public School begins at 8:50am each morning. For safety reasons, parents are kindly asked not to drop their child off before this time.
Assemblies
Morning Assembly is held each morning at 9:05 am. This is an opportunity for information to be shared with students and staff about the day.
Weekly Assembly is held each Friday at 1:00 pm. This assembly is a celebration of our students' efforts. Awards and certificates are handed out. It is lead by our Year 6 school leaders and includes a presentation from one of our classrooms. All families are welcome to attend.
