Our Parent & Citizens Association (P&C) consists of parents and carers, staff and community members. They meet regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.
Meetings
P&C meet on the third (3rd) Thursday of the month from 2pm, up stairs in the old library at Gilgandra Public School. All members and visitors must sign in at the office before proceeding to the meeting.

Our P&C have a small amount of money that enables us to make a small contribution to assist our students perform at a higher level outside the confines of our school grounds. Their P&C Financial Contribution Application form (PDF, 99.8KB) can be downloaded from the underlined link.
The application is required to be printed, filled out and returned to the office. A list of approved events is provided with the application, however applications may be considered for other events. Please follow the steps in the application and some documentation is required.
